The delivery address given at time of order cannot be changed once our route has been established for that given day. You must provide at least 72 hours notice for any change of address/location.
All of our deliveries are contactless. Your order will be dropped off in the best location found near your entrance or with reception/front desk if delivered to a business or hotel. You will receive two texts from the driver, one when they are headed your way and a second when your order has been delivered.
Full payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice to confirm your spot. Preferred method of payment is e-transfer to email@example.com.
Credit card payment option available upon request for a 3% fee, please advise when ordering.
If payment is not received, the order will not be fulfilled. No refunds will be given on cancellations made 1 - 7 days prior to your order date.
If we are unable to deliver or you are unable to pickup due to weather conditions, you may reschedule your delivery/pickup. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund in unforeseen circumstances as ingredients have already been purchased.
We can accommodate delivery locally within Headingley as well as city-wide within Winnipeg.
Delivery fee is based on location.
Brunch boxes are available no earlier than 10:30am.
Delivery is from 2:30 - 4:30pm and pickups are in Headingley between 2:30 and 3:30pm.
If you require an alternate time please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Accepting orders below $200 Thursday - Saturday and above $200 7 days a week, subject to availability.
Order deadline is Wednesday at 10 am.
The Rise and The Lunchbox are available from Sunday - Tuesday only, unless bulk order.
Corporate and event orders available 7 days a week dependant on availability.
Please provide 2-3 weeks notice for all bulk orders.
