Payment & Refund

Full payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice to confirm your spot. Preferred method of payment is e-transfer to

Credit card payment option available upon request for a 3% fee, please advise when ordering.

If payment is not received, the order will not be fulfilled. No refunds will be given on cancellations made 1 - 4 days prior to your order date.

If we are unable to deliver or you are unable to pickup due to weather conditions, you may reschedule your delivery/pickup. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund in unforeseen circumstances as ingredients have already been purchased.

Pickup & Delivery

We can accommodate delivery locally within Headingley as well as city-wide within Winnipeg.

Delivery fee: Free local deliveries within Headingley and $20 city-wide.

Pickup is on Dodds Road in Headingley.

Because we use a delivery service, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. We are merely able to give you a 2-3 hour window.

Hours & Orders

We are now only accepting orders on select weekends and holidays. Please inquire if you are looking for a specific order date.

Corporate and event orders available on weekends only, dependant on availability. The exception to this being December. We will be open for the whole month of December to accomodate all your holiday needs.

Please provide 2 weeks notice for all large orders.

Delivery Notes

The delivery address given at time of order cannot be changed once our route has been established for that given day. You must provide at least 24 hours notice for any change of address/location.

You will receive two texts from the driver, one when they are headed your way and a second when your order has been delivered.
